In addition to Forensic Investigation, NMBEA and NMRC Licensed Professionals are available to assist Legal Counsel regarding construction defect claims for new and existing construction, both residential and commercial. Consultation services frequently involve building code/regulatory interpretations, installation deficiencies and defects, material deficiencies and defects, severe storm event damage or property damage, and moisture intrusion that results in damage to the building structure, interior finishes and fixtures, and non-conformance issues that may result in property damage.
