is a private owned Building Envelope Architecture & Consulting Company and third party Construction Testing Agency that is majority owned and managed by Elizabeth MacQuigg, a science and math graduate from UNM, with Associate Partners Joseph Hughes, also a graduate of UNM, and licensed Architect in several US States.

 

NMRC is proud to utilize a knowledge resource pool pulled from professional Architects and Engineers, balanced with hands-on skills of Trade Technicians and Mechanics of the construction industries, to promote quality and durability of modern Building Envelopes (i.e., roofing, wall cladding, windows and doors, and above and below grade waterproofing.)

New Mexico Roof Consultants, LLC dba NM Building Envelope Architects is a Full-service Architecture Firm that specializes in exterior enclosures for residential and commercial building systems, our mission is to promote industry standards for best practice of systems installation, construction materials, and design, and implementation of traditional and high performance building systems for our community that is the regional Southwest, Rocky Mountains, and Western regions of the United States. 

Sustainability is a very important part of the philosophy and culture of NMRC.  As such, our philosophy intends to promote the best performing design and highest quality materials/systems to be installed for long-term durable performance, with the intention of limiting the amount of material waste that may be directed to landfills due to premature failure, or improper design and installation.

Our experience comes from a wide range of projects performed in the Pacific Northwest including Seattle and surrounding regions, Southern California including Santa Barbara, Hawaii including Maui and Kauai, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Colorado, Oklahoma, Nevada, and Louisiana.
