Architectural Design Professional Services, including sub-contracting and management of specialty engineering consulting services for full repair/retrofit, new building construction, renovation, and restoration of commercial and residential buildings. Following diagnostic evaluation and investigation of existing conditions, or working with an Owners existing Design Professional of Record, NMRC/NMBEA provides consultation for systems selection, budget estimating to establish MACC for construction, design and detailing including rendered isometric drawings and details, and specifications that are signed and sealed by our in-house licensed design professionals.
